Ronald Kessler: "In The President's Secret Service"

I picked up In The President’s Secret Service by Ronald Kessler expecting an inside look at the United States Secret Service and what it was like to protect the President of the United States literally 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. I got that, but also a damning indictment of an agency rife with mismanagement, out of touch with a new era of dangers faced by the Commander-in-Chief of the U.S. Armed Forces, and oblivious to the needs and concerns of the men and women sworn to take a bullet for their president.
